The Princess of Wales has shared an incredibly touching video updating the public on her progress with cancer treatment - and it features some delightful appearances from her three children.

In her most personal video to date , a courageous Kate is joined by Prince William and their three children: Prince George, Prince Louis , and Princess Charlotte. The footage gives fans a precious glimpse into their family life, showing the royals engaging in playful activities together, from playing cards in Norfolk in England, frolicking on hay bales, to embracing on the beach.

Prince Louis, ever playfully spirited, delivers an adorable message directly to viewers. Amid heartwarming scenes like Kate swinging the young prince, her powerful narrative voiceover accompanies the visuals.

It's clear how central her children are to her journey through recovery as Kate's narration only breaks for the voices of her children to shine through, reports the Mirror .

Switching to selfie footage, we see George, Charlotte, and Louis cozied up on a picnic blanket with their mother in a beautiful meadow. A curious Prince George then approaches the lens asking, "is this filming? " before his siblings, Louis and Charlotte, chime in with a cheery "hello!"

Kate, who has recently completed her chemotherapy treatment , opened up about how her battle with cancer has shifted her outlook on life. She shared: "As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment. The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family.

"Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown. The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you. With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything."

She continued: "This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved. Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus.

"Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes. I am however looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can. Despite all that has gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life.

"William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone's kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling. To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light, so let that light shine bright."

The touching revelation emerges after Kate's earlier engagements at Trooping the Colour and Wimbledon. In her sincere written statement preceding the King's birthday festivities, she shared with the public that she was making encouraging progress but admitted she was "not out of the woods yet" and experienced "good days and bad days" amid her ongoing treatment.

In a newly unveiled portrait paired with her intimate and heartfelt message, the future queen shows resilience, captured informally at Windsor. She is pictured avant-garde against a grand weeping willow, styled casually in denim paired with a sleek blazer.

Kate's Trooping appearance was marked with significance, as it heralded her first official duty since announcing her cancer struggle back in March. The day held a special mother-daughter connection, as both Royal ladies echoed a maritime motif in their outfit choices, bonding them in a silent tribute.

Princess Charlotte looked sharp in her dark pinafore with contrasting ivory detailing, while Kate exuded elegance in an immaculate white dress elegantly offset by black trim.

Princess Kate, Prince William, and their three children, Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince Louis , enjoyed a peaceful summer at their Norfolk retreat, Amner Hall. They also spent time with senior royals at Balmoral, a summer tradition for the family.

Last month, during the final days of their summer holiday, Kate and William took a break to release a rare personal message.
