Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enter 'a new chapter' after moving on from Royal Family feud

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are hoping to "reconnect" with family as they enter into a "new chapter" , according to an expert.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex seem to have finally moved on from their feud with the Royal Family and it's possible they could even make a return to the UK. It's believed the pair have been invited to spend Christmas with Harry's uncle Charles Spencer at Althorp in Northamptonshire, England.

It's believed the couple are yet to receive an invite to spend Christmas with the Royal Family . PR expert Michael Levine has suggested Harry and Meghan are entering a new period of their lives as he explained why the invite from Charles will have come now.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US, Levine said: "Why now? Perhaps an intense desire to reconnect, redefine relationships, or, most importantly, reclaim their public narrative after years of media disapproval. Their return during the festive season could signal a new chapter, attempting to better balance family ties with their independent path."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex haven't spent the festive period in the UK since 2018 amid their bitter feud with the Royal Family. If Harry and Meghan decide to take Charles up on the offer, it will be the first time Meghan has visited the UK since 2022.

A source claimed: "Charles [Spencer] has invited Harry, Meghan and the children to Althorp this Christmas. It's far too early to say whether they will take him up on it, but the offer is there if they want it.

"There hasn't been an invitation extended to Sandringham just yet, but that doesn't mean there won't be one forthcoming. It would be highly unlikely if there was an invitation extended [to Sandringham] and I don't think they [the Sussexes) would take them up on it anyway."

Speaking to The Express , the source suggested Harry and Meghan would prefer a more low-key celebration with the Spencers instead of the Royal family.

Harry is no stranger to Althorp House and is believed to have stayed there during his trip to the UK last month. The Duke of Sussex returned to his home country for the funeral of his uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes.
