General Hospital fans say Molly went a 'bridge too far' after she 'threw sister under the bus'

In General Hospital, Molly made a move that had fans talking.

On Wednesday's General Hospital episode of the ABC soap , Molly checked on her mother who is in police custody. Alexis blamed Ric for making her look as suspicious as possible. Molly was confused why she was blaming her dad when Elizabeth also made the same statement about seeing Alexis dispose of a gun on the bridge. Alexis hit back that Ric probably influenced her.

As Alexis continued to blame Ric, saying he's making the investigation harder to find the actual suspect. Molly agreed that she's not happy with her dad for dragging her in this mess but she asserted it’s not dad’s fault, but Kristina's .

Alexis said it was not Kristina who called the police on her but Ric. Molly asked if she was saying Ric and Elizabeth lied about her doing that. Molly frustrated also said she knows the only reason she would be disposing of a gun is because of Kristina. She told her mom to stop sacrificing herself for Kristina and tell the police the truth.

Near the end of the episode, She went to the police station and made a statement to Dex about Cates' murder.

"The night that Agent Cates was murdered, nobody knows where my sister Kristina was. She has no alibi and she had a motive to kill him," Molly said.

Fans had varying emotions on social media as they watched Molly implicate her sister to Dex. Some fans were annoyed, others understood where she was coming from but didn't think she should go that route that resembles something her father would do.

While others fans were amused and here for a "messy" Molly getting her payback.
