    MTV VMA winners - Taylor Swift's seven gongs to Sabrina Carpenter winning her first moon man

    The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards were full of incredible performances and winners.

    Megan Thee Stallion hosted the awards show , which was live from the UBS Arena in New York. She also performed her hit singles like BOA, B.A.S, HISS and Mamushi, which saw her bring out Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba to help perform.

    Taylor Swift led the nominees with a total of 12 nominations, followed by Post Malone with 11. Eminem was nominated for eight awards, Ariana Grande, rapper Megan Thee Stallion, Sabrina Carpenter and SZA with seven each, and Benson Boone, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, rapper GloRilla, Thai rapper Lisa, Olivia Rodrigo and Teddy Swims with four each.
