Jennifer Lopez looking to buy mansion next to ex P Diddy after splitting from Ben Affleck

After divorcing Ben Affleck , Jennifer Lopez needs somewhere to live as she is seemingly on the move.

The Jenny From The Block singer filed for divorce from her husband of two years last month. After leaving the $68million home that she shared with Ben, Jennifer has her eye on a house near one of her ex lovers.

Sean "Diddy" Combs owns a mansion next to the famed Azaria Estate that Jennifer has been eying. The two previously dated from 1999 to 2001, even attending the Grammy Awards together in 2000 where the singer wore her famous green Versace dress.

The Azaria Estate was listed for $85million and originally owned by the late Max Azaria, who owned the BCBG fashion company. The mansion boasts 14 bedrooms, gardens, a greenhouse, a guest house, an infinity pool with a sauna, an in-home theater, and a game room over three acres.

According to TMZ , Jennifer is hoping for a deal on the estate, wanting to pay between $30million and $39million. The current price for the listing is $55million.

Diddy isn't the only big-name celebrity living in the area. The neighborhood also boasts Tom Ford, Sean Parker, and Jimmy Iovine.

But the estate is in the middle of an intense legal battle. It first went up for auction earlier this year and investor Rob Burkle won the bid with a whopping $30million.

The deal wasn't simple, as the billionaire is now embroiled in a legal battle with Max's widow, Lubov Azria about a reported breach of contract. No stranger to drama, J.Lo showed interest in buying the estate last month.

She's reportedly taken a few tours of the estate since her interest was sparked. She's also speaking to Lubov and Rob to broker a deal for the estate.

The estate has been on the singer's radar for a while, with her and Ben previously looking at it when they were house hunting earlier this year. It also was a filming location for her recent movie, Atlas.

Jennifer filed for divorce last month after rumors that there was trouble in paradise between her and Ben. The two first started dating from 2002 to 2004, and then reconnected in 2021 and married a year later.
