Love Island USA's Kaylor is 'loving life' after her breakup with Aaron over Casa Amor behavior

Kaylor Martin thought she found love on Love Island USA .

The 22-year-old matched up with Aaron Evans , who was previously on The Traitors UK, and the two remained together all the way through Casa Amor. Once Casa happened, Aaron got cozy with Daniela while Kaylor waited faithfully for him.

Aaron was able to win Kaylor back when he returned to the villa. The couple were eliminated before the finale and left the villa together.

After they left the show, Kaylor watched the Casa Amor episodes and realized Aaron lied to her - leading to their breakup. The two hashed it out during the show's reunion, with Kaylor telling her ex: "I never want to speak to you again. You're disgusting."

The star spoke to Elite Daily about her healing journey after going through heartbreak. She was known for crying at the drop of a hat while on the show, being a very emotional person.

However, the star admitted that she hasn't "shed a tear in a very long time." She added: "I'm really proud of myself."

Kaylor also opened up to the publication about the bombshell Aaron dropped during the reunion. He admitted that he put his hand down Daniela's pants during Casa, something he never told Kaylor.

"I'm not very confrontational, but then Aaron laid that bomb on me," she explained, "Keep in mind, we were together in New York City multiple times. He could have pulled me to the side and shared that with me at any point."

She continued: "I didn't know why he waited to say it on camera — if he wanted to get a big reaction, or if he wanted to make me cry. But that really hurt me."

Kaylor is now focusing on herself and her friends. "I'm loving life right now," she said.

"Liv [her fellow Love Island season six star] and I have been attached to each other's hips for the last month," Kaylor continued, "I keep saying to her, 'After this, I'd rather be with my best friend than a man.' We're both 22. We don't need a man right now holding us back or holding us down."
