Chris Olsen gets real about a much "needed" intervention on Call Her Daddy .

The TikTok star was a guest on the podcast on Wednesday, September 11. He told Alex Cooper about that moment where his family and friends staged an intervention for him in the kitchen. He first explained how his drinking got to a point where he could't go to sleep sober. Chris would "cry all the time" inebriated. He elaborated how he learned how not to feel sober which led to him crying when drunk.

Chris would also partake in other drugs so he would be anything but sober. He began talking about the moment the intervention happened. He came to the kitchen to witness his entire family — his mom, his family friend's mom, his aunt, his uncle, his dad, his sister —two of his college best friends and an interventionist there.

"And I walked in and I just sat down like I didn't protest. I knew what was happening. But I also didn't know that the deal was and now you have to go to rehab today," the 26-year-old influencer said.

Chris described what happens in a intervention, specifically his own. He said that at an intervention, the addict sits down while "everybody reads how your alcoholism and addiction has impacted them" and the people who couldn't make it send in letters. He shared that his Filipino grandma, who has featured in numerous of his TikToks, sent a letter. He said after they did that part, they told him that now he needed to go to rehab in Florida today.

He recalled at the time hearing that and making the excuse that he couldn't go because he needed to complete school. Chris said the interventionist replied to that request by asking Chris if he was refusing help to which he responded "yeah." At that response, the interventionist asked everyone in the room to turn to the next page.

"The next page in their packets is how I'm no longer in their lives. And everyone goes around saying you will no longer exist to us. And my dad started crying too. As I have said, my dad rarely cries and seeing him cry, I just knew at that point what it was. It was like you're going to be homeless and cut off from the family. I will be alone," Chris said.

The Flight Fuel founder went on to say that he was forced into the intervention "in a good way" because he needed to go to rehab so it wasn't a shock for him when it happened. He added that he was "destructive" in his addiction and always crying and angry when drunk. He gave an example how he would yell at his friends and pushed them away when they wanted to help. He clarified that when he was drunk and act like that, he "was letting out all of the feelings from 15 on, I had learned to not feel."
