Ben Affleck kisses Matt Damon's wife after estranged wife Jennifer Lopez cozies up to Matt

Ben Affleck appears to be playfully responding to the recent pics of Jennifer Lopez and Matt Damon by fighting fire with fire.

The Argo actor was seen planting a smooch on Matt's wife, Luciana Barroso, in Los Angeles this week outside Ben's office. Ben kissed Luciana on the side of her head while giving the former bartender a side hug.

Ben and Luciana cozied up shortly after photos of Ben's best friend Matt showed he was chatting to Jennifer Lopez at an afterparty and holding her hand comfortingly. Ben and JLo's love story appeared to come to an end after Jennifer filed for divorce after two years of marriage last month.

Luciana arrived at Ben's office wearing an all-black ensemble of a long-sleeved blouse, flowing pants, and dress shoes. Her hair was up in a ponytail and she was all smiles as she embraced her husband's best friend.

Ben wore a navy suit with a light blue button-up collared shirt underneath. He wore dark dress shoes and held his Aviator sunglasses in his hand.

But there doesn't appear to be anything more than friendship going on between the two as Luciana appears happy in her marriage to Matt. The two married in 2005 and share three daughters, who were born in 2006, 2008, and 2010.

According to a source who spoke to the Daily Mail, Ben has opened up to Matt about his jealousy surrounding Matt's happy marriage. "Ben is feeling particularly vulnerable and humiliated after his divorce from JLo," the source added.

The happy couple appear to be comforting their friends, as Matt was seen holding hands with Jennifer while appearing to have a serious conversation. The two were spotted at an afterparty at the Toronto International Film Festival for their upcoming movie Unstoppable, which stars Matt and Jennifer has a supporting role in.

This isn't Ben and Jennifer's first break up, as the two dated from 2002 to 2004, getting engaged and breaking up just days before their wedding. They both went on to marry separate people, have children, and get divorced before reconciling their relationship in 2021.

Ben and J.Lo married in Las Vegas a year later. But after rocky relationship rumors swirled earlier this year, Jennifer filed for divorce in August.
