Tommy Lee's wife Brittany Furlan rescues dog from scary coyote attack at their LA home

Tommy Lee of Motley Crue and his wife , Brittany Furlan , had a petrifying brush with wildlife when a coyote attempted to snatch their dog Neena in the middle of the day at their LA residence.

Brittany was left distressed as she intervened to save Neena just as the coyote tried to get away by climbing over a wall with the small dog in its mouth.

In a frantic video posted on social media, viewers can witness her charging toward the perilous scene while yelling "no," in an attempt to thwart the coyote's escape.

Miraculously, Brittany was able to retrieve Neena from danger and secure her inside their home, reports the Express US .

Post-incident, Brittany sent out an alert to fellow pet owners regarding the increasing audacity and desperate hunger of coyotes through the video. The clip was recorded by her security system and she shared it with her two million followers on Instagram.

In a gripping narrative accompanying the video, Brittany warns viewers: "Trigger warning. I was letting the dogs out to pee and I was watching them and a coyote came and grabbed Neena in broad daylight."

She cautioned pet parents with her chilling account: "Please be very careful with your dogs. I've lived here for four years and I've never seen one coyote and then today this happened. They are desperate."

With relief and gratitude, Brittany provided an update in the caption for her worried audience stating: "Neena is safe. I climbed up the wall and grabbed her out of its mouth. Thank God she's a little bit fat because he couldn't make it over the wall with her."

"If it was Teenie [their other dog] she would have been gone. This is in broad daylight at 1pm. They are getting more brazen and hungry. Please be safe. I'm not even letting the dogs out anymore. This is ridiculous. Hug your babies extra tight."
