The Bold and the Beautiful fans 'pass' over Steffy and Hope 'fighting over their parents' storyline

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are back at it again .

On the Thursday, September 26 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Hope and Steffy found something else to argue about: their parents. Hope's mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), dated Steffy's dad, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Steffy's mother, Dr. Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) , recently decided to visit her daughter and grandchildren and is holding a secret from her family—her heart is failing .

Because Taylor is trying to live in the moment and taking it all in before it is her time to go, her actions and her words have come across a way to make Steffy believe that Taylor wants to be with Ridge again .

Steffy kept trying to convince Hope that because her mother was back in town, there's some possibility that they could end up back together. Hope was doing everything in her power to defend her mother's relationship with Ridge. However, Hope could not help but question Taylor's reasoning for coming back - specifically around the time that Ridge was with Brooke.

Viewers at home were not feeling the storyline this time around. One person on X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote: "Two grown women..fighting over who their parents are currently sleeping with?? Geez... GET A LIFE!! #Boldandbeautiful."

Another person said: "Now we gotta watch Steffy and Hope argue about who Ridge loves more? I’ll pass #BoldandBeautiful." A third person chimed in: "#BoldandBeautiful enough of these grown people wanting their moms and daddies back together, it didn't work the last 3 or 4 times and it won't work now! Get a life of your own and try steffy to keep yours together!" A fourth added: "Hope and Steffy rehashing their mothers history with Ridge.... #BoldandBeautiful."

Ridge looked a bit off after his conversation with Taylor. All Ridge wants is for Brooke and Taylor to get along, as they used to be good friends. Ridge and Taylor spoke highly of each other to others, which makes people at home believe that feelings are still there.
