An American Airlines flight descended into chaos after a man was wrestled to the ground following an alleged violent outburst towards his female companion.

The male passenger was reportedly restrained in first class, with footage of the incident appearing to show several men leaning over a row of seats towards the man in question who was sat in the first row of the flight from Miami to Charlotte, North Carolina.

In the footage, a man is heard telling the male passenger to get his hands of his female travel companion, alongside a female crew member who tired to diffuse the situation. Shortly after, the situations escalates as passengers begin demanding the man move away from the woman, saying: "Do not f***ing touch her."

The man seems to have provided an answer to his alleged actions, sparking the defensive passenger to reply saying: "I don't give a f***,' the man responds as the passenger argues that he took his hands off the woman. 'Look at me, you f***ed up, You don't f***ing touch her."

Passengers soon start suggesting the woman move to an empty seat, before she relocates to across the aisle - with the alleged aggressor claiming he was the original victim as he too had been assaulted. The woman then responds by claiming she did not assault him, but did put her hand over his mouth to stop 'make him shut up'.

The man then goes on to stand up in the aisle before being restrained by passengers. The flight landed at Charlotte were police boarded the plane before escorting both the man and woman away.

In another onboard drama last week, a woman was captured on video shamelessly swiping an unattended Apple Iphone charger on a plane, prompting the rightful owner to confront her in a heated exchange .

In a video the man recorded himself, he's seen approaching the woman to ask whether she was the one who took it, to which she admits she did. He questions why she just took the charger, which seems to set her off. "Chill the **** out," she snaps, explaining she took it because "nobody was on the flight."

Seemingly annoyed, he scolds her for the inconsiderate deed , saying "you can't take things without asking. It doesn't make sense." The commotion attracts the attention of other passengers like one woman who told the man to take a seat before he gets thrown off the flight .

Another chimes in saying: "You're being ridiculous. She said she was gonna give it back." The man, who didn't take a seat, snaps back saying, "No, you're being ridiculous. She stole something without asking." The charger thief reaches into her bag and hands the man his charger. He ridicules her further, arguing she returned it only because he confronted her and "everyone else saw you," he said.

Throughout the video of the encounter, which was posted to TikTok, the woman seems annoyed that the owner of the device demanded it back. Commenters largely took the man's side, accusing the passenger of "gaslighting" him into submission. One said "the evidence is in her bag, and she's gaslighting him."

"Nah she's trying to act like it's not a big deal because she's on the wrong side of the argument," said another citing her nonchalant attitude. The charger being placed in her bag, which was zipped closed, led many to believe the woman intended to steal it. "She has it zipped up inside her bag. She wasn't planning on giving it back," another said.
