Controversial YouTuber MrBeast is still dishing out money, despite his ongoing legal woes .

In a new Instagram reel, he explained a challenge that he's been cooking up. "I'm the real MrBeast ," he declared before clapping his hands. A multitude of lookalikes then appeared on the screen with the internet celebrity hiding among them. "Let's see if random people can spot the difference."

MrBeast brought in a contestant named Hannah who was given 10 seconds to identify the real MrBeast. She tore off her blindfold and took a look at twenty different men, trying to find who the YouTuber. After some consideration, she managed to guess correctly and was awarded $10,000.

The star didn't yet drop a full YouTube video for the challenge, leaving it only on Reels for now. However, his inclusion of "people," plural, implies that there are likely more followup videos coming. Fans loved the competition, flooding the comments with their own ideas about lookalikes.

Some wondered how to get the gig of a MrBeast lookalike. "How did he find so many people who looks like him?" one asked. Another joked: "Imagine seeing a casting call for a MrBeast look alike and you fit the description."

A third viewer said: "I can’t imagine how hard that was to find the actual Jimmy considering there were so many of them that looked just like him and she only such a limited amount of time to do so as well!? Outstanding job ma’am congratulations."

Despite his charitable givings, MrBeast, also known as Jimmy Donaldson, is facing public scrutiny after former employees and competitors slammed his business practices. The star is known for orchestrating over-the-top style videos with high production and, often times, huge cash prizes. However, some spoke out to indicate that, behind-the-scenes, they weren't treated as well as the videos might suggest.

A lawsuit was filed against MrBeast in Los Angeles, which alleges the mistreatment of about 1,000 contestants. A contestant told The Mirror in a statement: "I wanted to join because I was a fan of MrBeast and his videos made me smile during the COVID-19 pandemic. I expected to be challenged, but I didn't think I would be treated like nothing less than nothing. And as one of the women, I can say it absolutely felt like a hostile environment for us. We honestly could not have been respected less as people, much less employees if they tried."
