Donna Kelce's 'don't tell us' admission sparks Travis and Taylor Swift theories

Donna Kelce admitted Travis and Taylor Swift “don’t tell us anything” in a statement that’s left fans speculating .

The mother of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce made a comment on her son’s relationship with the pop star. The couple’s relationship has been under the microscope in recent weeks and months and Donna’s remark doesn’t appear to have helped end the gossip.

Donna was talking to People Magazine where she shared her thoughts about what her son and Swift have in store. The 72-year-old left fans of the couple on tenterhooks as she speculated big news for the pair but didn’t divulge what it could be.

Hinting that Kelce and Swift might have secret Halloween plans lined up, Donna said: “I can't wait to see what it's going to be,' before fans were left reading between the lines of her next comment regarding how open the couple are about their future. “They're tight-lipped, they don't tell us anything,” she added.

Kelce and Swift’s relationship has been a source of debate recently with the pop star missing a number of Chiefs games despite being a regular fixture at the Arrowhead Stadium last season. The couple put on a lovey-dovey display at the U.S. Open tennis final last month as cameras snapped the two getting cozy in a private box.

After the Chiefs' 26-13 win over the New Orleans Saints, Kelce and Swift jetted off to his beau’s home for a few days with Kansas City now on a bye week from NFL action. However, it’s said that Swift was left waiting for Kelce for over an hour as the tight end arrived at the airport.

Kelce celebrated his 35th birthday on Sunday but Swift didn’t join in the celebrations. Donna attempted to explain the situation as the musician gets ready to play a number of concerts as she did return for the Saints game. “I think she was a little busy with some of her concerts coming up, she needs to practice and stuff,” Donna explained. “But she was definitely there for the game.”

Donna has been honored as one of Glamour’s Women of the Year issue where the magazine paid tribute to the moms behind the celebrities. She was listed alongside Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles, Billie Elish’s mother, Maggie Baird, and Selenga Gomez’s mom, Mandy Teefey’, with the quartet discussing “motherhood, stardom, ambition and what’s next” with the outlet.

Kelce is featured on the cover as she smiled standing between Knowles and Baird while Teefey sat on a chair in front of them. Her feature on the magazine has been hugely supported by her sons, although she admitted she had to keep a secret of her own from them.

“I wasn't allowed to tell them,” Donna said about her collaboration with Glamour. “But basically they're very happy with anything and they support me in whatever I do, so they're just, they're like, 'Mamma. Wow.' It's like one of those shocks for me too.”
