Jeopardy! contestant Andrew Miller thanked the game show for the "helpful changes" they made in order to accommodate his visual impairment.

The auto claims adjuster from Bristol, Connecticut , competed on Jeopardy! during the October 8 episode. Andrew faced off on the show against his fellow participants Mark Fitzpatrick , a content manager from Riverside, Connecticut, and Gino Montoya, an attorney from Albuquerque, New Mexico. During the game, the players were quizzed on a range of categories such as "People of the Bible" to "Historic Names."

And while Andrew wasn't crowned the champion, he still described participating on the show as a great moment for him and shared the thoughtful adjustments the crew made to make him feel more comfortable. After his appearance, Andrew took to Reddit and wrote: "Andrew here! Haven’t watched yet but just want to say this was the best experience of my life."

He continued: "The crew on set was amazing; I’m visually impaired and they made helpful accommodations to the gameplay and were chill about me knocking stuff with my cane all day."

After landing in third place on the trivia series, Andrew went on to sweetly congratulate his fellow players for a great game. Andrew penned: "These were definitely not my categories which made it easy to cope with the L knowing my opponents had played so well on such a challenging board. GG boys!”

In response to Andrew's kind message, one of his fellow competitors, Gino, responded to the post and penned: "Hello Andrew. Great game all around and I'm really glad to have been up there with you and Mark! I hope you're well and enjoying fatherhood! Gino Montoya."

Other fans also shared an outpour of love for Andrew in the replies. A supporter complimented: "You did great out there!" One user interjected: "Andrew you were awesome out there." And a third chimed in: "You were fun to watch Andrew." And someone else simply added: "Congratulations to Andrew, Gino and Mark!"

But some thought that Andrew made a poor choice with his high-stakes Final Jeopardy! wager. One viewer wrote: "Personally, I think Andrew’s FJ wager was unforgivable." Another explained: "In all seriousness, Gino’s all in FJ was his only major error, and it would have been moot anyhow (unless one wants to debate second/third place winnings) had Mark gotten the FJ clue correct. And while perhaps it’s true that gameplay isn’t the strongest suite of some contestants, one can’t forget about one of the most important factors for Jeopardy errors: nerves. And fatigue, too."
