A Walmart shopper revealed a handy trick available at every store to help shorter customers.

Crissy Charles took to TikTok to share her handy hack to all those shoppers who may struggle to reach some items on top shelves in Walmart . But instead of struggling or waiting for a fellow shopper to help out - she showed her followers how to quickly solve the problem.

The mom-of-four said: "OK, short friends: I'm going to show you a little trick that I've been gatekeeping" - before filming down the Walmart aisle she is standing in. Crissy then shows a wire hook attached to a magnet on the shelf, explaining how it could be used to help out short shoppers.

She adds: "So at the end of every aisle, Walmart has these little things, you see the little hook there?" - before she takes the hook and uses it to pull a box of oatmeal towards her, adding: "Look at that. There's your little win for the day, my short friends."

Recently in another Walmart inspired TikTok, a brazen shoplifter recorded herself swiping merchandise from a Walmart self-checkout, only to be busted by the store's AI-powered surveillance system - and still chose to share the footage on TikTok.

The thief, known as Nesha on the social media platform, captioned the video: "POV: When you usually don't get caught and now you're banned for 2 years from all Walmarts in my area."

The clip has racked up over 2.2 million views and shows Nesha scanning several items in the self-checkout line at the mega-store, which most recently revamped their do-it-yourself process , before pretending to scan a backpack and stashing it in her bag without actually processing the payment.

The self-checkout screen then flags the issue, displaying a notification that reads "Associate is on the way," and preventing her from scanning any further items or completing the transaction.

As a store employee approaches, the screen reveals "Missed Scan Detected" and an overhead video recording shows Nesha deliberately avoiding scanning the backpack's barcode, reports the Irish Star .

The employee, trying to stifle a grin, calls for backup, and Nesha is eventually escorted out of the store by management and law enforcement.

Nesha's caption notes: "Even though she laughed ... she called the manager, police and had us escorted outside #stealinggonewrong."
