Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh had to cut short his postgame press conference after hearing that his brother Jim had come down with illness .

Harbaugh was addressing reporters as usual after the Ravens secured a 30-23 win over the Washington Commanders on Sunday when he was told to conclude his press conference immediately. As the Ravens-Commanders game wrapped up, the game between the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers was starting 1,660 miles west of Baltimore.

Jim Harbaugh , head coach of the Chargers, entered the medical blue tent before the game kicked off and was initially ruled questionable to return due to illness. Harbaugh then headed to the locker rooms but eventually returned to resume his role on the sidelines.

For about 20 minutes NFL fans were seriously concerned for Harbaugh's health, which prompted John to leave his media duties and call his brother. According to CBS Sports, Harbaugh has been dealing with arrhythmia and it's been bothering him for some time.

"I asked Coach Harbaugh about having to leave and go to the locker room to start this one and come back out. He said he was dealing with arrhythmia — that's something he's been dealing with on and off for a while," said sideline reporter AJ Ross on CBS. "He said he's feeling fine, he's been back here coaching on the sidelines."

Arrhythmia is an irregular heartbeat that can cause your heart to beat too fast, too slow, or with an irregular rhythm. It can range from harmless to serious, meaning Harbaugh needed to be examined for safety reasons.

It was a scary situation on a positive day for the Harbaugh brothers, as both celebrated victories with their respective teams. Derrick Henry was once again the difference for the Ravens, rushing for 132 yards and two touchdowns.

Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers also had 132 yards through the air and tight end Mark Andrews scored his first touchdown of the season. The Chargers were in cruise control against the Broncos and led 23-0 heading into the fourth quarter, but suffered a late scare.

The Broncos scored 16 unanswered points in the fourth and attempted an onside kick to regain possession and push for overtime, but Los Angeles held on. Chargers running back JK Dobbins rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown, while rookie Kimani Vidal scored a 38-yard touchdown on his NFL debut.

Late touchdowns from Broncos wide receiver duo Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin made for an uncomfortable ending to the game for Harbaugh, but his team improved to 3-2. The Ravens are now 4-2 after losing their opening two games of the season but have been gaining momentum ever since Week 3.
