Pumpkin time: Southeast coffee chain Ellianos rolls out fall menu across Alabama

There's not even a slight hint of a chill in the air, but Ellianos Coffee has new fall flavors on the scene from now until the end of October.

The southeast-based coffee chain opened its first Alabama location in Prattville in 2018 and established its first Montgomery location in May 2024, with two more locations in Montgomery currently under construction. There are currently eight locations open across Alabama, including franchises in Dothan, Pike Road, Clanton, Millbrook, Pine Level and Headland.

An Ellianos spokesperson said the company is "thrilled to bring back [their] customers' fall favorites," which include the pumpkin white mocha, pumpkin spice latte, and pumpkin cream cheese muffin, and they look forward to introducing their "new creations," the pumpkin cake pop and the pumpkin cold foam cold brew.

In addition to these fall flavors, the drive-thru chain will continue to offer its usual specialty coffee, including signature drinks like the caffe dolce latte and the iced Tuscany toffee latte. They also have a wealth of options for non-coffee drinkers like tea, smoothies, and Red Bull Rushes, as well as food options ranging from New York-style bagels, to breakfast sandwiches, to grits.

The Southeast brand has gained major traction within the last year, expanding across Florida and Georgia and seeking to put more franchises on the map in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina.

The Montgomery location's hours are 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
