A Lower Macungie Township shopping center just down the street from the Hamilton Crossings retail complex was recently sold.

Shepherd’s Corner was purchased by Neni’s Realty LLC for $5.4 million from Timtay Hamilton Inc., according to commercial real estate company Colliers and Lehigh County real estate records.

The 9,512-square-foot shopping center at 5585 Hamilton Blvd. consists of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Not Just Bagels, Wayback Burgers, Supercuts, UPS Store and Prose Nails.

Colliers said the center is 100% leased with terms that do not expire until 2032.

Derek Zerfass, senior vice president of retail brokerage, and Jeff Algatt, senior vice president of capital markets, from Colliers represented the seller. Robbie Stephens from ERA Rudy Amelio represented Neni’s Realty.

Shepherd’s Corner opened in 2022 at the corner of Hamilton and Krocks Court, taking the space once occupied by Early American Candle Shop and a chiropractor’s office.
