    New Five Below set to open Friday in Northampton County

    A new Five Below is opening this week in Northampton County.

    The company said in a news release that its location at the Palmer Town Center, 725 S. 24th St., is set to open Friday.

    The 9,500 square-foot store offers products ranging from style, sports, tech, party and candy. Most cost between $1 and $5.

    The new store will also have a “Party Shop,” where helium balloons, décor and other party favors can be found.

    The Five Below will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.

    Five Below, which has headquarters in Philadelphia, has more than 1,600 locations throughout the country, including several in the Lehigh Valley. In Lehigh County, there are stores in Hanover Township, Whitehall Township and Lower Macungie Township.

    There is one in Lower Nazareth in Northampton County, and another in Quakertown in Bucks County as well.
