‘Taste of Greece’: New restaurant to open at Promenade Saucon Valley

Nearly eight months after its initial announcement , a new Greek-inspired fast casual restaurant is opening at Promenade Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township next week.

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill will open the location — the franchise’s first in Pennsylvania — on Monday, according to an announcement on Instagram . The menu will feature hummus, soups, burgers, wraps, falafel, pizza, chicken fingers, baklava, rice pudding and ice cream, according to the restaurant’s website .

“Get ready to savor the taste of Greece with our mouthwatering dishes, fresh ingredients, and warm atmosphere,” the franchise said in its Instagram post . “Join us for a delicious feast of gyros, souvlaki, salads, and more.”

The new location’s hours are unknown, and a representative for the restaurant couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.

Neighbors Nick Della Penna and Trent Jones began the franchise in 2016 near Las Vegas, and have expanded to dozens of locations since.
