The long-running Johnny’s Gyros restaurant in Bethlehem Township has closed and gone up for sale, according to a real estate website.

“Johnny’s Gyros has been serving the community successfully for over 30 years in this location,” the Long & Foster Real Estate website stated. “The property is strategically positioned along Easton Avenue, with exceptional visibility and exposure to an estimated 17,000 vehicles per day … making it a prime location for any food service operation looking to capitalize on the [area’s] heavy traffic flow and established customer base.”

Prospective buyers can lease the restaurant, located at 2722 Easton Ave., without the business name or equipment for $4,800 per month. They can also buy the Johnny’s Gyros name, business, furniture and equipment for $700,000.

The one-story, 1,073-square-foot building includes a drive-through, indoor and outdoor seating, and on-site parking.

The property’s listing agent wasn’t immediately available for comment, and no one picked up the phone for Johnny’s Gyros.

John Kiniropoulos of Palmer Township previously owned the restaurant, which specialized in Greek cuisine, through its decades of operation before he died in 2021 .
