Patrick charges local-area residents

STUART, Va. — The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office has announced charges against and/or arrests of residents from the greater Mount Airy area recently, including:

• Shannon Gray Pack, 32, of 4978 Little Dan River Road, Claudville, who was charged with interfering with the property rights of another on July 24;

• Amber Rose Spainhour, 36, of 318 Rocky Lane, Mount Airy, charged on July 18 with grand larceny valued at more than $1,000, not from a person, and disregarding a law enforcement command by continuing to drive to endanger, both of which are felonies;

• Jacqueline Nunn Morgan, 32, of 528 Eaton Lane, Ararat, charged with reckless driving endangering life/limb/property on July 18;

• Ricky Lee Shinault, 48, of 895 Mitchells Mill Road, Claudville, charged with public intoxication on July 17;

• Jacob William Cail, 27, of 2245 Wards Gap Road, Mount Airy, charged with driving while impaired on July 13;

• Randall Chase Jones, 38, of 76 Carrollwood Mobile Home Park, Cana, served with two capiases (orders for arrest) for felony drug possession and eluding or disregarding a law enforcement officer on July 19;

• Kendall Keith Jones, 32, of 11 The Hollow Road, Ararat, charged with public intoxication on July 6;

• Freddie Lee Willard Jr., 44, of 4646 Little Dan River Road, Claudville, charged through indictment on June 27 with six felonies including grand larceny valued at more than $1,000, not from a person; four counts of destruction of property value at more than $1,000; and possession of a weapon/ammunition; along with two counts of misdemeanor larceny;

• Stephanie Dawn Davis, 45, of 211 Triple Smith Lane, Ararat, served on June 27 with an arrest order for failing to comply with terms of pretrial services;

• Jessie James Reynolds, 28, of 246 Gwyn Ave., Mount Airy, charged through indictment on June 26 with possession of a Schedule I or II substance, a felony;

• Cory Arrington, 33, of 131 Rockwood Drive, Mount Airy, served on June 26 with an arrest order for failing to appear in court;

• James Dean Sawyer, 42, of 259 London Lane, Mount Airy, served with a felony warrant of extradition on June 26;

• Lauren Audrianna Hayden, 25, of 177 Duke Road, Mount Airy, charged with felonious arson of an unoccupied dwelling on June 19;

• Jody Ladd Dellenback, 38, of 1278 Pedigo Ridge Road, Claudville, charged on June 9 with disregarding a law enforcement command by continuing to drive to endanger, a felony, and driving without a license;

• Russell Lee Varner, 25, of 529 Poteat Road, Mount Airy, charged with assault on a family member on May 29;

• Stephanie Lynn Senter, 32, of 2603 E. Pine St., Mount Airy, charged with public intoxication on June 29;

• Tony James Dupree, 55, of 196 Wildlife Club Road, Lowgap, served on May 29 with an arrest order for failing to appear in court;

• Charles Alfred Dawson, 67, of 962 Blossom View Rd., Ararat, charged with maliciously shooting at an occupied motor vehicle, a felony, on May 26;

• Daryl Denell Speas, 52, of 1204 Long Branch Road, Claudville, charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, a felony, on May 25;

• Scott Eugene Moore, 52, of 54 Melrose Lane, Cana, charged with assault and battery on May 19;

• Evan Sands Hall, 18, of 379 Hamp Hall Lane, Claudville, charged with destruction of property valued at less than $1,000 and trespassing on posted property on May 16;

• Cooper Leam Bolt, 18, of 50 Lynne Drive, Ararat, charged with destruction of property valued at less than $1,000 and trespassing on posted property on May 16.
