Mount Airy Hampton earns excellence award

Hampton Inn Mount Airy, located at 2029 Rockford St., has been honored with the Make It Right Award for the Second Quarter of 2024, a distinction previously known as the Brighter Together Award.

“This accolade celebrates the hotel’s exceptional service and steadfast commitment to the highest standards of hospitality,” the hotel chain said.

The Make It Right Award recognizes Hampton properties that excel in several areas including service quality, Hilton Honors Appreciation, problem resolution, and overall cleanliness.

“Hampton Inn Mount Airy has distinguished itself by achieving top performance metrics in these categories, placing it among the top 1% of Hampton hotels nationwide,” the company said.

In recognition of their achievement, the Hampton Inn Mount Airy team will be presented with a framed award certificate and a $200 American Express gift card to celebrate their success. An electronic copy of the certificate has also been shared with the team to commemorate the accomplishment.
