    Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office reports

    May 6

    - Bill Langdon Parker, 56, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

    May 7

    - Sarah Ann Wright, 55, of Newberg, was arrested for punitive contempt of court. No bail was set and she received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

    - Carlos Escobedo, 42, of Newberg, was arrested on a post-prison supervision sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

    May 9

    - Nicholas Anthony Ruiz, 42, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue calls

    May 2

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Brutscher Street, Hayes Street, Portland Road, Sheriidan Street, Fulton Street and Terrace Drive.

    Fire personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Hoskins Hill Road and a residential fire alarm on Clubhouse Lane.

    May 3

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Williams Street, Brooke Drive, Hawthorne Drive, Second Street, Springbrook Road, Villa Road, First Street in Dundee, Second Street, Crestview Drive, Quail Drive, Old Parrett Mountain Road.

    Fire personnel responded to miscellaneous fires on Highway 99W and Williams Street and a residential fire alarm on View Crest Court.

    May 4

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Little Oak Street, Crestview Drive, Werth Boulevard, Hancock Street, Welch Road, Sarah Drive, Dayton Avenue, Kinney Road and Highway 18 in Dundee.

    May 5

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Seventh Street, Springridge Drive, Jaquith Road, Newall Road, James Street, Crestview Drive, Williams Street, Dartmouth Street and Elliott Road.

    Fire personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Sheridan Street.

    May 6

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Alder Street in Dundee, Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Villa Road, Walnut Avenue, Oak Meadows Loop, Herman Street, Briar Court, Parkview Drive and Seventh Street in Dundee.

    Fire personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road.

    May 7

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Crater Lane, Oak Meadows Loop, Brutscher Street, Jacqui Court, Second Street, Fulton Street, Hillview Court, Haworth Avenue, Oak Drive, Sixth Street, Hayes Street and Villa Road.

    Fire personnel responded to a request for public assistance on Lynn Drive and a miscellaneous fire on River Street.

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on College Street, Blaine Street, Portland Road, Werth Boulevard, Brutscher Street, Calkins Lane, Vittoria Way and Blaine Street.

    - Aaron James Lewis, 40, of Yamhill, was arrested on a fugitive warrant from another agency or state.

    - Rodrigo Lopez-Ruiz, 30, of Woodburn, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving.

    - Marisa Elysette Hernandez, 42, of Portland, was arrested for hit and run (property).

    - Maureen Patrician Ott, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII.

    - Carolyn Kay Graham, 59, of McMinnville, was arrested for possession of controlled substances (PCS).

    - Michael Viktor Chertovskoy, 40, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested on a warrant or citation.

    - David Lysenko, 24, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested on a fugitive warrant from another agency or state, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal trespass.

    - James Anthony Ramos, 63, of Dayton, was arrested for PCS.

    - Tayler Dean Lewis, 30, of Lafayette, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended.
