    Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office reports

    Sept. 18

    - Robert Jeffrey Biglin, 41, of Newberg, was arrested for reckless driving. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

    - Ramsey Moses Rodriguez, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for menacing and aggravated harassment. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    - Derek Bruce Peters, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for reckless driving, fourth-degree assault and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked and released.

    Sept. 24

    - Christopher Scott Collins, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a post-prison supervision sanction. No bail was set and the case is pending.

    - Epifanio Lopez-Margarita, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

    Sept. 25

    - Noelle Terese McCall, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used, possession of controlled substances and unlawful possession of meth. She was booked and released.

    Sept. 26

    - Ronald Steven Beckwith, 70, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    Sept. 27

    - Nicholas Michael Mijangos, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Washington County. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case remains open.

    Sept. 28

    - Geoffrey Matthew Harvey, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked and DUII. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    Oct. 3

    - Pedro Radilla, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Washington County. Bail was set and $5,000 and the case is on hold.

    - Jacob Felipe Castrejon, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree sexual abuse. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

    Oct. 4

    - Jesus Aurelio Gamboa, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for identity theft. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

    Oct. 8

    - Scott Louis Lorance Tolstead, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Clackamas County. Bail was set at $5,000.

    Sept. 26

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Haworth Avenue, Johnson Drive, Elm Street in Dudnee, Center Street and River Street.

    Sept. 27

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Brutscher Street, Hayes Street, Williams Street, North Valley Road, Corral Creek Road, Providence Drive, Elliott Road, Quarry Road, Little Oak Street, Elliott Road, Oak Meadows Loop and Sherman Street.

    Sept. 28

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Steiwer Lane, College Street, Bald Peak Lane, Werth Boulevard and Crater Lane.

    Sept. 29

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Burlington Drive, Mountain Top Road, Haworth Avenue, Brutscher Street, Aquarius Boulevard, College Street, Werth Boulevard, Williams Street, Hawthorne Drive, Second Street, Sam Parrett Drive, Brooks Lane and Sierra Vista Drive.

    Fire personnel responded to commercial fire alarms on Hancock Street and Deborah Road and a care fire on Haugen Road.

    Sept. 30

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Springbrook Road, Sixth Street, Doris Drive, 11th Court, Hayes Street, Sixth Stret, Douglas Avenue, Haworth Avenue, Brutscher Street, Fulton Street, Hurleys Lane and Werth Boulevard.

    Fire personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on School Street.

    Oct. 1

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Blume Lane, Williams Street, Donald Lane, Hulet Lane, Fulton Street, Brutscher Street, Center Street and Jacqui Court.

    Oct. 2

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Little Oak Street, Williams Street, Cedar Street, Sherman Street, First Street in Dundee, Werth Boulevard, Fulton Street, Franklin Street, Brutscher Street and Villa Road.

    Fire personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Villa Road and a residential fire on Dopp Road.
