Arch Manning to appear in ‘College Football 25’ after initial opt-out
Arch Manning changed his mind on whether his likeness would appear in "EA Sports College Football 25." The Texas quarterback and nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning was originally the highest-profile college football player who did not agree to let his likeness be used in the hotly anticipated revival of the video game series, due out later this month. Reports in March said Arch Manning opted out of the potential NIL deal because he wanted to focus on football. All of that was rendered moot Tuesday, when he posted a video with Uncle Eli to social media. The elder Manning pretends to call plays to Arch, who is wearing practice pads but playing the video game. On3 reported that EA Sports paid Arch Manning between $50,000 and $60,000 to promote the game. All players featured in "College Football 25" will receive $600 and a free copy of the game. Manning enters the 2024 season as Texas' backup quarterback behind incumbent Quinn Ewers. --Field Level Media

Former player, Panthers exec Adrian Wilson charged with assault
Adrian Wilson, who was recently dismissed from his position as vice president of player personnel with the Carolina Panthers, was arrested on three domestic violence charges last month, a police spokesperson said Tuesday. The Scottsdale (Ariz.) Police Department said Wilson faces misdemeanor charges of intentional assault causing physical injury, damaging property between $250 and $2,000 and disorderly conduct (disruptive behavior or fighting). Wilson, 44, was arrested at his home just after 6 a.m. on June 1, the spokesperson confirmed to The Athletic on Tuesday. Wilson is a 13-year NFL veteran who played safety for the Arizona Cardinals and spent 2013 with New England, though he was on injured reserve and missed the season. Arizona inducted the five-time Pro Bowl selection and 2009 first-team All-Pro into the Cardinals Ring of Honor in 2015. After working as a scout for the Cardinals and being promoted to vice president of pro scouting in 2021, Wilson joined the Panthers' front office last year. Carolina confirmed on Sunday that Wilson was no longer employed by the organization. The Panthers did not have further comment Tuesday when asked if they had known about Wilson's arrest. --Field Level Media

Prescott answered questions Tuesday after being spotted in a walking boot while on vacation in Mexico last week. "Honestly, I'm getting older.
