(Submitted photo/Shayne Machen ) </figcaption></figure> MANISTEE —&nbsp;Over 70 people aged 6 to 64 competed in eight rounds of Nerf Wars at <a href="http://www.christianfaithmanistee.com/default.asp?sec_id=180017343" rel="nofollow"> Christian Faith Church Manistee </a> on Saturday. The event was the first of its kind for the church, and was deemed such a success that there are plans to host another similar event next month, according to a news release from the church. Christian Faith Church&nbsp;Manistee members built a Nerf course in the church’s parking lot with wood pallets, scaffolding and stacks of tires decorated in the signature Nerf blue and orange. The church provided&nbsp;Nerf guns and darts, or participants could use their own gear. Participants were divided into age groups. The competition was open to all ages. Details such as date and time are not yet available for the upcoming October event.
