Irma Sundling, a member of the dedication planning committee, invites the public to attend the ceremonies at 11:30 a.m. </p><h2 class="cci_subhead" title="CCI Subhead"> Onekama beats Bear Lake </h2><p> The 1984 girls basketball season kicked off in Manistee County last night when the Onekama Portagers roared to an easy 43-20 victory over the Bear Lake Lakers. Arnie J. and his orchestra provided the music for dancing which continued until 1 a.m. A western floor show was presented by the members of the Bar-X Rodeo. </p><h2 class="cci_subhead" title="CCI Subhead"> Students to report </h2><p> Pupils are reminded to report for enrollment on Thursday of this week at the high school at 8:30 a.m. and at the grade schools at 8:45 a.m. </p><p> All classes begin the following day at 8 a.m. for the high school and at 8:45 a.m. for the grade schools.
