What else is coming to Wake Forest’s Grove 98?

Several restaurants and other businesses have been announced for the Wegmans-anchored mixed-use development located off Dr. Calvin Jones Highway at Ligon Mill Road, according to a Wake Forest Business & Industry Partnership article from July.

Five Guys : The popular burger chain will open at 535 Dr. Calvin Jones Hwy in September, according to the restaurant’s website . While it is the first location for Wake Forest, Five Guys has many stores throughout the Triangle, including in Apex, Cary, Garner, Raleigh and Knightdale.

Dave’s Hot Chicken : The national hot chicken brand opened its first Triangle restaurant in Holly Springs late last year, The N&O previously reported , and the franchise owners had plans to open several more in the area.

Bibibop Asian Grill : This fast-casual Asian restaurant debuted in the Triangle a couple of years ago with a restaurant in Cary. Bibibop allows customers to create bowls with proteins, rice, noodles, salads, hot and cold toppings, and sauces. Bibibop did not immediately respond to The N&O’s request for more information about the Wake Forest restaurant, but the company is hiring for a location in the city.

The NOW : Founded in Los Angeles, this massage chain offers massages and enhancements including deep tissue, herbal heat therapy and scalp renewal, among other options. The NOW has two locations in Raleigh and one in Cary. The Wake Forest location is expected to open in winter, a senior manager for PR and partnerships told The N&O in an email.

VIO Med Spa : Offering a variety of aesthetic and wellness services, VIO Med Spa is expected to open a new location in Wake Forest. The chain already operates in the Triangle, specifically in Holly Springs and Durham.

O2 Fitness : At the facility — the first for Wake Forest but not for the Triangle — members will find fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes and free weights, group training studios, yoga and barre rooms, functional athletic training turf, a coworking space, a Kids Club, locker rooms, lounges and other amenities.

Lee Nails Spa : This franchise salon offers manicures, pedicures and other services. According to the Wake Forest Business & Industry Partnership article, it is expected to open this year.
