    State 91 closure starts Monday in Winnebago County. Here's how long it will last.

    OSHKOSH – State 91 will be closed to through traffic for almost two months to facilitate construction scheduled to start Sept. 9.

    The intersection of Clairville Road will also be closed during that time for crews to undertake work on the railroad crossing.

    The detour will utilize County M and State 44.

    According to Wisconsin Department of Transportation , the road works project is expected to finish in late October following structural improvements on State 91 just east of State 116 in the town of Omro to Clairville Road in Algoma.

    The project will see the replacement of pipe culverts along State 91, the rehabilitation of the State 91 bridge over Waukau Creek and improvement of the railroad cross at the Clairville Road intersection.
