STILLWATER — The faces of Oklahoma State football , coach Mike Gundy and star running back Ollie Gordon II , are among the recent university representatives to join the Cowgirl equestrian team’s efforts to lure Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart to a meet.

Snoop Dogg and Stewart went viral during the Paris Olympics when they showed up to the equestrian competition in full uniforms.

Nearly three weeks ago, the OSU equestrian team began a daily social media campaign on TikTok to entice the unique duo to a Cowgirl equestrian meet.

OSU president Kayse Shrum appeared on Day 10 of the campaign, and Gordon showed up the following day. On Tuesday, Gundy joined the effort.

“Day 20 of trying to get Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart to an Oklahoma State equestrian match,” he said. “We need you guys, we want you guys here. Go Pokes.”

OSU equestrian has won 10 Big 12 championships, including the last four in a row, to go with the 2022 NCEA national championship.

The Cowgirls’ first meet of the season is Oct. 3 at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas, with the first home meet set for Oct. 25 when Baylor comes to the Pedigo-Hull Equestrian Center in Stillwater.
