I get the drinking and driving things but, he was in a life or death situation! I mean WTF is he supposed to do? and the other guy DID HAVE A GUN!! he even testified that he did!! and he already served most of his time. it's not like he wanted to leave or do this on purpose I feel bad for him honestly!! and no I don't know him 😂
