Smiley came to the shelter as a stray and she is super friendly with everyone. The finders say she did well with their kids and that she has killed chickens. She is not fully house broken so she will need a person who can help teach her. Although Smiley is crate-trained, she is not a fan of being in her kennel at the shelter. She seems to be anxious in her kennel, as her husky instincts want to keep on running. She is not reliable off leash and would love a fenced yard. Smiley does well with other dogs. Check out our Facebook page videos of Smiley in a playgroup. She also loves to talk and howl when she’s excited. Rose enjoys being one of the office kitties, but would like nothing more than to have a real home. She is on store-bought, sensitive-stomach food and must continue to stay on that. She gets along with other cats and loves attention. Do either of these pets sound perfect for you? Come and find out. All pets at Paws+Claws Rescue and Resort are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines and dewormer. Cats are FIV/FeLV tested and dogs are heartworm tested. Call (218) 675-7297 for more information on these amazing shelter pets.
