The North Country Arts & Crafts Board of Directors invite men and women of all abilities and ages to register now for the 48th year of the North Country Arts & Crafts Workshop. The three-day workshop — Sept. 10-12 — consists of 30 high quality art and craft classes taught by local and regional artists at the scenic Russian Village, Lesnoe Ozero, northeast of Bemidji on the north side of Turtle River Lake. Lions refurbish Laporte jail
