Travel agent indicted in national scam faces more local charges
Theft of property charges against a local travel agent are mounting since the June 18 arrest of Mary Emily Lockard-Furry. Flash flood warning issued for Jefferson, Orange counties
The National Weather Service Lake Charles has issued a flash flood warning for Jefferson County, Orange County, Hardin County and portions of Jasper County until 2 p.m. Monday. At 10:04 a.m., Doppler radar indicted thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area between 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned areas.
