Providence hotel named nationwide favorite by Condé Nast Traveler readers. See which one

One of Providence's most iconic hotels can add another feather to its cap.

Condé Nast Traveler's Readers' Choice Awards are out, an annual award that ranks travel destinations around the world, including hotels, resorts, cruise lines, cities and spas. The awards are from the United Kingdom version of the magazine, not the edition based in the United States.

Condé Nast Traveler said its readers cast more than 575,000 votes for this year's awards. Winners are scored based on overall satisfaction and given an overall percentage out of 100.

The Dean Hotel in Providence made the cut.

Condé Nast Traveler's Readers' Choice Awards: Where the Dean Hotel ranked

The Dean earned high points for style, according to the magazine, coming in at No. 15 on the list with a score of 97.08.

The hotel prides itself on its style.

On its website, it says "each of our thoughtfully curated rooms feature custom-designed furniture, modern amenities, old-world antiques, and bespoke artworks. The Dean is refined in taste — expect crisp white bedding, vintage leather armchairs, and signature black bathrooms."

On Instagram, the hotel said they were honored to be included on the list.

Condé Nast Traveler's Readers' Choice Awards ranking of favorite hotels in the United States is out, and The Dean in Providence is Rhode Island's only hotel on the list.
