The space, formerly known as Le Chat Noir and once used as a Cold War fallout shelter, now serves a mission to foster music diversity and provide a platform for various forms of expression.

This 2,500-square-foot cocktail bar and lounge blends great music and delicious drinks to create an atmosphere perfect for socializing, exploring the neighborhood, and enjoying music. The curated selection of local talented musicians and DJs makes MODE stand out, with some spinning vinyl and others bringing different styles to the venue.

It's where top-tier acoustics meet Miami's vibrant nightlife, creating an immersive audio experience unmatched in the city. To expand on the experience MODE brings in DJs from all over the world, offering Miami’s nightlife international flavor. For example, Lamalice is a DJ and live performer from Marseille with roots in Madagascar.

Known for his hypnotic, rhythmic style, he blends traditional and modern electronic music. Recently, he brought his captivating performances to MODE in Downtown Miami, showcasing the venue's captivating and immersive atmosphere.

MODE is open from Thursday to Sunday 7 PM till late, hosting  Happy Hour from Thursday to Saturday, running from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with $5 beers, $7 wines, and house spirits for just $8, along with a curated selection of cocktails available for $10. Additionally, they offer a variety of events in the Downstairs Lounge. On Thursdays, they host Comedy Night, featuring the best local comedians and special guest appearances from national touring acts like Kyle Grooms and Ricky Cruz. Fridays feature live music from 7 PM to 10 PM, showcasing and supporting local musicians. While there are currently no live music events on Saturdays and Sundays, there are plans to introduce more live music experiences soon.
