Learn the darker side of Clark County’s haunted past in Clark County Historical Museum’s upcoming haunted walking tours available from September to October.

Ticket presales for the tours began Aug. 1 for museum members at $15 per person, with public sales beginning Aug. 7 at $20 per person, a press release by the museum stated.

Tickets may be purchased online at shorturl.at/z4FYt.
Tours will begin at 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, September and October, at Clark County Historical Museum, 1511 Main St., Vancouver. Walking tour guides will lead groups of 25 along a 1-mile hike and will be held rain or shine. No tours will take place Sept. 27 and Sept. 28, the press release stated.

The walking tour will visit various locations in downtown Vancouver and discuss the haunted histories of the area, largely drawn from research by Clark County historian Pat Jollota in the book “Darkness Next Door” and research by Jeff Davis, the release stated.

The museum’s annual haunted walking tours help finance the museum’s mission to gather, save and share Clark County’s history, the release stated.

For more information on the tours, contact the museum at 360-993-5679 or outreach@cchmuseum.org.
