Oregon’s close call against unranked Boise State Saturday night didn’t have any affect on the Ducks ’ landing spot in the US LBM Coaches Poll.

That wasn't the case in the Associated Press media poll.

Oregon (2-0) remains at No. 6 in the weekly coaches poll released Sunday morning, but dropped two spots to No. 9 in the AP poll .

The Ducks were ranked No. 3 in both preseason polls.

Oregon overcame several miscues and an offense that had bouts of stagnation to beat Boise State, 37-34 , thanks to a walk-off field goal by Atticus Sappington .

Next up is a rivalry game against Oregon State in Corvallis at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

Though there was some movement in the top 10 this week in the coaches poll, the first six teams in the poll remained the same.

Georgia is still No. 1, followed by Ohio State, Texas, Alabama and Ole Miss.

Missouri moved up three spots to No. 7, Penn State held at No. 8, Tennessee also moved up three spots to No. 9 and Utah moved up one spot to No 10.

Every team in the top 15 is 2-0.

Other Big Ten teams to earn a spot in the poll are No. 11 Southern California (2-0), No. 16 Michigan (1-1), which dropped seven spots after getting thumped by the Longhorns on Saturday, No. 22 Washington and No. 24 Nebraska.

Iowa, which was No. 21 last week, dropped out of the poll after losing to now-No. 23 Iowa State on Saturday.

In the AP poll, Georgia remains No. 1 but Texas jumped Ohio State to move to No. 2. Alabama is No. 4, followed by No. 5 Ole Miss, No. 6 Missouri, No. 7 Tennessee, No. 8 Penn State and No. 10 Miami.

Other Big Ten teams in the top 25 are No. 11 USC, No. 17 Michigan and No. 23 Nebraska.
