CANTON ‒ The northbound lanes of Interstate 77 reopened after 2 p.m. Wednesday after being closed for hours because of a crash earlier in the day.

A semi tractor-trailer was on its side, blocking travel south of U.S Route 30.

The Canton Police Department reported one person who was removed from a vehicle has minor injuries. Further details weren't immediately available and messages seeking comment were left with the Ohio Department of Transportation and Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The vehicle that toppled over was an Amazon truck, according to an ODOT camera along the highway. The truck was removed from the road.

    This story will be updated.
