ACTION: Set a public hearing for a nuisance violation.

DISCUSSION : Trustees set a public hearing at 5 p.m. Oct. 22 for a nuisance violation at 3656 Dressler Road NW. There are large construction equipment and a long trailer parked in the lots surrounding the building. LDV Properties Inc. owns the property, which has the La Pizzaria housed in one of the buildings.

OTHER ACTION :

• Opened bids for a drive and parking lot paving project at the soccer complex planned for Schuring Park Phase II. The trustees received nine bids with prices ranging from $331,000 to $454,000. The public works department will review the bids and make a recommendation at the next meeting.
