Canton churches to offer free rides to vote early

CANTON – The Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 1909 Third St. NE, and the Peoples Baptist Church, 701 17th St. SE, will offer free rides through its Souls to the Polls Campaign to residents of the 4th Ward who want to vote early in this year’s election.

The service will take place beginning this Friday through Nov. 3.

To schedule a ride, call the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church Office at330-454-3298. Pickups will take place at designated times and locations within the4th Ward of the city of Canton.

The effort is part of Jerusalem’s “JMBC Gives Back” Outreach Ministry.
