New Dollar Tree store opens in Rockingham

ROCKINGHAM — A new 14,163 square-foot Dollar Tree store opened on July 4 at 1210 Rockingham Road.

Lash Hairston of Carolina Commercial represented the landlord, Cocca Development, in the transaction and Cole McQuilken of CM Commercial Realty represented Dollar Tree.

Merchandise includes housewares, glassware, dinnerware, cleaning supplies, candy, snacks, food, health and beauty, toys, gifts, gift bags and wrap, party supplies, stationery, craft supplies, teaching supplies, books and seasonal décor. Most items are priced at $1.25.
