    Registration now open for Summer of Fun events

    ROGERSVILLE — Rogersville Parks & Recreation is gearing up for 2024’s Summer of Fun — and registration is already underway for a number of June events.

    Painting in the Park

    ROGERSVILLE — Painting in the Park will be held Saturday, June 1, at Rogersville City Park Pavilion No. 3. The cost is $25 per painter. There are six options for the painting, available when you register.

    Youth Golf Clinic

    ROGERSVILLE — Registration is now open for the 2024 Summer of Fun’s Youth Golf Clinic, which will be held Thursday, June 6, from 1-3 p.m. at McDonald Hills Golf Course.

    Children ages 6-13 will receive lessons on driving, chipping and putting during the clinic. Equipment will be provided while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Disc Golf Tournament

    Registration is also open for the 2024 Summer of Fun Disc Golf Tournament, which will be held Saturday, June 8, at 10 a.m. at Rogersville City Park.

    There’ll be two rounds of competition and a closest-to-pin contest. There’ll be men’s and women’s divisions for ages 17 and under and adults 18 and over. The registration fee is $10.
