BMW recalls 720K vehicles for water pump problem that can start a fire
More than 720,000 BMW vehicles are being recalled due to an issue with the water pump that can possibly cause a fire. According to the Associated Press, the recall involves certain X1, X3 and X5 vehicles along with other models, but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration did not say which models or model years are involved.
Michiganders, your Labor Day driving plans just caught a break
More than half of Michigan’s ongoing construction projects on state-managed roads will be paused this weekend to ease traffic delays and improve safety around Labor Day. Traffic restrictions will be lifted for 60% of the 161 ongoing projects from 3 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to the state Department of Health and Human Services.
