Akbar V has folks wondering what the tea is after she spoke about learning how to mind her business the “hard way.” The rapper opened up about that topic and loyalty to other women in an X (formerly Twitter) post.

It’s unclear what prompted Akbar to touch on both subjects, but she shared her warning for others on Tuesday (Sept. 3).

“You literally be going all the way bout a person and deep down they don’t even like you…SMH….this loyalty shhht in me and a lot of these bchs don’t got not a bone of loyalty in them.”

In the same post, V told her followers to “stop inserting” themselves in people’s problems without “knowing the full story or knowing if that person truly fk with you.” She added, “I had to realize that the hard way.”

Less than a day before her loyalty message, Akbar V hinted that she uncovered someone’s true feelings about her. “You never know how nobody really feels bout you until your homeboy tell you…smh,” she wrote.

V hasn’t shared specifics about who or what situation prompted her to speak on these topics. However, she’s known on X for coming for necks behind Nicki Minaj, in particular. A fact that at least one X user pointed out in response to her loyalty message.

“Telling ppl to stop inserting themselves when that’s all you do for Nicki and she pays you DUST is crazyyy,” @BrielleThatGirl wrote.

For example, V had strong words for Latto on X last month after she didn’t name Nicki Minaj as her G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time) female rapper.

“Let’s not say Kim is the Goat of all time because no dck grabbing it’s @NICKIMINAJ…give that damn girl her flowers when it’s due yall don’t got to fk with each other but keep it a stack.”

As previously reported, Latto and Nicki have been at odds in the public eye since exchanging heated insults on Twitter in October 2022. However, in April, the ‘Suger Honey Iced Tea’ rapper seemingly named Minaj in her top three best female rappers.

After V’s message picked up steam, Akbar returned to the same platform to clarify a few things. First, she warned her followers that she has no issue name-dropping anyone she’s speaking about and shared words for those saying she’s drama-filled.

Additionally, she shared that none of the female rappers can be “real friends” because the industry is a competition. She also said consumers often pit the female artists against each other. “None of this sh*t real man, wake up,” V wrote.

Finally, she called out folks who suggested her loyalty message might be about Nicki Minaj. “First time I say some yall calling out Nicki name like chile why are yall on her dck,” the Super Freaky Girl Remix collaborator wrote.

“I’m in real life a lot of sh*t I speak be bout my real life stop trying to make it like it’s about somebody … yall do know I have also inserted myself in friends of mines shttt too. I’m just loyal like that so stfu… and my loyalty has stop me from a lot of opportunities… but I choose me this time around … mouth shut .. heart full,” Akbar added.

Nicki aside, Akbar V also prompted a response from August Alsina last month when she seemed to criticize the singer for naming God while explaining his love life with Zu.
