New Bed Bath & Beyond tenant and Indian restaurant expands

New store, restaurant and housing development — here's what you missed in recent Streetwise news.

Burlington store opening soon. Plus, Indian restaurant coming to downtown Sheboygan.

• Bed Bath & Beyond replacement: A Burlington store, formerly named Burlington Coat Factory, is planning to move into the former Bed Bath & Beyond space next to Kohl’s in the Memorial Mall. It could open by November.
• 8th Street Ale Haus: The Spices, serving Indian and Nepali cuisine, is opening in the former 8th Street Ale Haus space at 1132 N. Eighth St. The Spices has a location on Business Drive.
• New SCEDC housing: The Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation is pursuing a new single-family home development in Plymouth near Plymouth High School. It received rezoning approval.
