TURKEY RUN – A man arrested last week for breaking into and damaging equipment used for the cell phone tower atop the Turkey Run water tower is accused of doing the same several other times, at least once with a bow and arrow.

Joshua Drumheller, 42, of 226 Furnace Street, is facing charges in two more criminal complaints filed Tuesday by Shenandoah Police Patrolman Leo Luciani.

He is currently jailed on accusations that he broke into the fenced perimeter surrounding the equipment cabinet which the Verizon cell tower is operated from and broke into said cabinet last Monday and Wednesday.

Police now allege that Drumheller visited the site around 4am June 2 with a bow and arrow.

He fired two arrows at the electronics cabinet that night, police said, referring to surveillance footage.

Then, on June 22 and June 28, around 3:20am each night, he visited with a rifle or similar and placed the barrel through the chain link fence. It is not clear if he fired any shots.

On July 14, around 2:45am, Drumheller is accused of “discharging an unknown liquid through the chain link fence.”

He is facing additional felony counts of criminal mischief and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
