LAVELLE – A primarily southern chain is adding their third location in Pennsylvania — the first in the anthracite region — and it’s coming to this Butler Township village.

Huddle House is being built at the site of the Sunoco on Route 901 in Lavelle.

Founded in Georgia, where the bulk of their locations are, the diner chain is primarily known for its breakfast offerings.

A spokesperson for Huddle House said the location’s opening is “on pause,” And that they are looking to open in 2025.

The chain has two other locations in Pennsylvania. One is in Berks County, off Interstate 78 near Frystown, and another in rural Greene County.

Pretty bad placement, but at least it’ll give people a break from Greenes 😂

Hopefully it'll be cleaner than the Sunoco
