    Frackville man sentenced after lodging threats against FBI agents

    FRACKVILLE – A Frackville man accused of threatening FBI agents was sentenced last week after a guilty plea.

    Joshua Frisch, 42, of Frackville, was sentenced Wednesday on one count of Influencing a Federal Official by Threat.

    He was sentenced to time served (six months) and three years of supervised release.

    Federal authorities accused Frisch of lodging threats against law enforcement officers, specifically FBI agents, with the intent to interfere with their duties.

    On Nov. 12 and 13, 2022, he was accused of posting a series of threatening communications on Truth Social and Twitter.
